awesome '77 Triumph Bonneville 750. Chrome Tank and fenders. Matching numbers frame and engine. dual Mikuni Carbs. top end rebuild done a few years ago. Good tires. runs good and fast. have speedo that i will throw in with purchase, but not installed (easy job). battery is good. Beautiful bike that turns heads and burns rubber. Clear Title and Ca. registration.

Triumph was of all things British but had a background of German origin. In 1886 a German gentleman called Bettman named his company the Triumph Cycle Company and was later re-named the New Triumph Co.Ltd. In 1902 the new company produced it's first motorcycle and fitted with a Begian unit. The following year sales topped 500, amazingly good for those days. By the mid-1920s Triumph had grown into one of Britain's leading motorcycle and car makers, with a 500,000 square feet plant producing up to 30,000 motorcycles and cars each year.

Ahh, the seventies. This was an era that spoke to boldness in the design of clothing, personal style, homes, cars and even motorcycles. As the years passed the seventies style went out and in came sleeker designs with a futuristic feel.
